Shipping Costs and Times
Some shipping methods offered are "traceable" and, therefore, can be constantly monitored during the various stages of the expedition. This service, however, is not available for all orders. You will have the option to choose the shipping method of your parcel directly on the purchase page.
Orders placed are normally delivered on the business day following the order. Shipments within the EU may require longer than 7 working days. The delivery to non-EU countries may require over 2 weeks.
Orders that are shipped with Tracking nr tend to arrive with greater speed. As soon as the package is delivered to the carrier you will receive a Tracking number will provide you details on the situation of delivery.
Exclusion of liability:
1. The primary objective is to ensure that they get the order as soon as possible. But they are customers and / or recipients to take responsibility, at the time of purchase of the goods received and delivery details provided (always check that they are correct).
2. You can not assume any liability for any loss incurred by the customer or the recipient in terms of transport costs non-refundable and / or additional costs for delivery of the goods or to replace this.
3. In case you received a wrong item or damaged, please contact us by phone or email within three days of receipt of the order, preferably with a photograph of the package and its contents.
Please do not send products without first contacting us and have received an RMA number.
Refunds are possible, by the shipper, though with insured shipping. The costs for shipping of departure and the duty for import are not refundable. Same goes for the costs incurred for the return and securing the article, unless otherwise agreed.
As reported in "Terms & Conditions" the responsibility is borne by the customer / recipient once the order is shipped.
